Purchasing Staff

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related course.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Skilled in sourcing suppliers, evaluating quotations, and handling contract coordination.
• Strong business writing skills – able to prepare clear and professional emails, reports, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other relevant systems/tools.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Reliever only (4 months)
