Purchasing Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Source, request, and purchase supplies, equipment, and services for the clinic
• Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedule
• Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders. and maintain procurement records
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Check and verify deliveries, invoices, and payment documents
• Support cost control and budget monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related course
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in healthcare or clinic setting)
• Good negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and with strong documentation skills.
• With knowledge of inventory and supplier management.
