Purchasing Staff (Project-based)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in canvassing and sourcing products and materials needed by the department.
• Encode quotations, purchase details, and other required information in SAP.
• Receive, monitor, and coordinate the delivery of purchased items.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and activities of the Purchasing Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a graduate of a Business-related course or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Willing to commit to a 5-month contract.
• Willing to work full-time onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
