Purchasing Supervisor

Manage Procurement Activities:

• Oversee daily purchasing operations, ensuring timely and efficient procurement of goods and services
• Issue purchase orders and follow-up on deliveries
• Understand and Manage Purchase agreement effectively and monitor without impact to production and company

Supplier Management:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
• Resolve issues with suppliers, including delays, shortages, or quality concerns

Inventory Monitoring:

• Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed to meet operational demands.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with various departments to forecast future procurement needs and align purchasing strategies with organizational goals.
• Cooperate, Contribution and well-Support with team to meet KPI

Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain purchasing reports and records, analyzing market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Policy Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal purchasing policies, resolving any supply or quality issues with vendors.

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain or a related field for Purchasing Administration. And bachelor's degree in engineering for Purchasing Engineer.
2. At least 5-10 years' experience in Purchasing preferably within the Automotive or Electronics Industry.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in procurement software and tools; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
4. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
5. Experience with SAP.
6. Good in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
7. Japanese speaking will be advantage
