PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

A well established electronic and electrical manufacturer with headquarter in Hong Kong and manufacturing plant in China Zhu hai is now looking for

PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

·         Assist the manager to execute a local sourcing strategy that aligns with corporate objectives

·         Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to establish a diversified supplier network

·         Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure competitive procurement while maintaining quality standards

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to support product development and production needs

·         Help the manager to monitor supplier performance, and lead the team to drive continuous improvement

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while ensuring ethical sourcing practices

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement within the electronic industry

·         Proven experience in sourcing, with a strong understanding of geopolitical factors affecting supply chains

·         Excellent negotiation and communication skills

·         Experience with supplier performance management and risk assessment

·         Experience in electrical shaver component sourcing is preferred

·         Excellent spoken & written in English, good in Cantonese and Mandarin

·         Stationary to work in China factory (Zhu hai)
