Purchasing Supervisor

Assist the Purchasing Head in the overall management, planning, and execution of Purchasing operations.

Ensure the timely procurement of materials, supplies, and services at the best quality, cost, and value for the company.

Review and verify all Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and completeness before they are approved and signed by the Procurement Manager.

Supervise, coach, and develop procurement staff to enhance performance and productivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and conditions.

Communicate and distribute purchasing information to relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and internal end-users.

Manage supplier-related activities, including supplier qualification, accreditation, cost analysis, selection, evaluation, development, and classification.
