Purchasing Supervisor

Job Summary

A Purchasing Supervisor oversees the company’s purchasing activities, ensuringmaterials, supplies, equipment, and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with company standards. The role involves supervising the purchasing team, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, monitoring purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of required items.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Working schedule from Monday to Saturday
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees, specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Comprehend and communicate basic information and instructions; intermediate skills in mathematics.
• Excellent with MS Windows
• With negotiation skills
• Highest Level of Integrity and Honesty

Job Responsibilities:

• To procure all necessary requests needed for production or daily operation of the company
• Identification of qualified suppliers to canvass accessories material with best quality and shortlisting of the best and lowest proposal
• Vendor sourcing from different suppliers
• Prepare payment requests for suppliers
• Document all purchased, released, and issued items
• Monitor inventory
• Follow up and coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery of all ordered items
• Coordinate with other departments' requests
• Other tasks
• Flight booking
• Review of warehouse planning

Location: Sterling Iba, Meycauayan, Bulacan
