Purchasing supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

• Purchasing all activities Indirect Material (Goods and Service)

• Sourcing Indirect Material to support user requirements

• Select supplier with reasonable price

• Comparison price and negotiate payment term

• Provide required document from new supplier, Create new vendor account

• purchasing material with the right specification

• Issue PO and follow up delivery date

• Renew yearly contract and follow up the delivery of yearly contract items to be punctual

(Lab Instruments, Gloves, Paper Form)

• Record buyer performance, cost saving and cost avoidance

• Summarize data and send report at the end of the month
