Purchasing Supervisor

About the role

This role involves liaising, negotiating, and coordinating with suppliers to source and develop procurement activities. You will confirm delivery dates in accordance with schedules, negotiate prices for procurement items such as raw materials, tools, and equipment, and coordinate with relevant internal departments and external parties. You will inspect and accept delivered goods, submit payment requests, and track payment status.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers
• Source and develop suppliers, coordinate procurement activities, and confirm delivery dates in accordance with schedules
• Negotiate prices for procurement items such as raw materials, tools, and equipment
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external parties
• Inspect and accept delivered goods
• Submit payment requests and track payment status
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Management or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant purchasing experience
• Proficiency in Chinese or English is an advantage
• Honest and patient; able to fully understand and fulfill job responsibilities
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in computer use
