About the role
Join our international team in the health and rehabilitation sector. We are looking for an organized Purchasing Supervisor with strong negotiation skills and a commitment to quality and value.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the purchasing of goods, materials, equipment, and services to meet departmental needs
- Source and select suppliers, compare quotations, and negotiate prices and purchasing terms
- Review purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and the accounting team
- Evaluate supplier performance, control costs, and ensure purchasing documentation complies with approval procedures
About you
- At least 4 years of purchasing experience
- Strong negotiation, price analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to communicate in English at work
- Experience in purchasing for hospitality, healthcare, or maintenance operations is an advantage
- Available to work on-site in Koh Phangan
