Purchasing Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, evaluate quotations, and secure competitive prices without compromising quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and purchasing or inventory management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to prepare and review purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of working under pressure.
• Willing to coordinate with different departments to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, cost-control procedures, and ethical purchasing practices.
