Purchasing Supervisor

The Purchasing Supervisor is in-charge of buying products that are essential for the company’s day to day operations. Reviews prices and quality of products and ensures optimal stock levels.

• Research potential suppliers
• Compare offers (price and quality) from suppliers and present to authorized officers for approval
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Prepare reports on purchases
• Coordinate with storeroom personnel on proper storage
• Coordinate with stockroom personnel to monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed.
• Performs other function as may be assigned by the Head of Office.

EDUCATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, ACCOUNTING, OR RELATED FIELD

EXPERIENCE: AT LEAST (2) YEARS OF RELATED EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING
