Supply Chain Coordinator

Intugo, in partnership with a new media foreign company based in one of the leading independent testing, inspection, calibration, and certification service providers in the United States, focused on ensuring compliance, people safety, test accuracy, and productivity in life sciences and healthcare. We provide nationwide coverage and comprehensive capabilities with industry leading expertise to deliver best-in-class, full lifecycle, support across a broader range of laboratory and hospital systems and equipment than almost anyone else in North America.

Supply chain department is a critical operations enabling organization that ensures the smooth flow of procured material and services to the field, who support our customer base performing lifesaving and life-changing work.

Responsibilities:

• Process requests from internal partners and transform them into
• purchase orders (POs).
• Create and manage POs for goods and services.
• Track and follow up on order status to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate order status to requestors.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate stock without
• overstocking.
• Coordinate with inventory management teams to optimize stock
• levels and reorder points.
• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities to reduce
• costs through negotiation, bulk buying, or alternative suppliers.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to
• ensure smooth transactions and problem resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensations:

• $25,000 Monthly gross base salary
• $1000 monthly food stamps
• Private Medical Insurance(Employee Only)
• 30 Day Christmas Bonus
