Purchasing Support Officer

We are seeking highly motivated, adaptable, and sharp Purchasing Support Officer to join our fast-growing team in Tangerang. In this dynamic hybrid role, you will serve as the core administrative and linguistic bridge between local factory/operational management and executive stakeholders. This is an excellent entry-to-junior level opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to thrive in a high-speed international supply chain and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate purchasing and payment requests, check supporting documents, and monitor payment completion without handling financial transactions.
2. Verify bills/invoices, maintain deposit records, monitor outstanding items, and follow up with relevant parties.
3. Gather, verify, and organize information and documents from agents/applicants for management review.
4. Reporting & Project Administration follow-ups across Finance, Purchasing, Operations, and other stakeholders

Qualifications :

1. SMA/K, Diploma, Bacheloor, Master Degree in any major
2. Mandatory able to communication in english written and oral
3. Experience as Purchasing Staff in logistic industry will be plus points
4. Immediate to join by this month
5. Advance in handle Ms Office and google ecosystems
