Key responsibilities
- Summarize, analyze and prepare reports on all monthly purchases
- Recommend items for bulk order based on monthly reports to Supervisor/Manager
- Double checking of reports, payables and PO of purchasing staff for all areas assigned
- Updating of purchasing records (Supplier's list terms and price) for QMS and internal compliance
- Make an accreditation to new supplier; maintain all records for all accreditation
- Monitoring on all served and unserved purchase orders
- Review PR and make recommendation before endorsing to Associates
- Checking of all liquidations and payables for approval of supervisors/Managers
- Prepares tabulation of canvass and provide recommendations
- Semi-annual supplier's evaluation; prepares a report and submit to immediate head
