• Sourcing & Supplier management for restaurant

• Compare supplier product quality & prices

• Negotiate basic contract term & discounts

• Keep supplier lists up to date

• Review operations purchase requisition & check par stick before orders

• Create Purchase Order format

• Track deliveries & monitor stock levels

• Ensure all deliveries match items ordered

• Liaise with Finance on all invoices & organize all purchasing paperwork

• 餐厅采购与供应商管理

• 比较供应商的产品质量及价格

• 协商基本合同条款及折扣

• 定期更新及维护供应商名单

• 审核营运部门的采购申请，并在下单前检查库存标准（Par Stock）

• 制定采购订单（Purchase Order / PO）格式

• 跟进货物交付情况及监控库存水平

• 确保所有交付货品与订购项目相符

• 与财务部门协调所有发票事宜，并整理及归档采购相关文件
