Handle daily purchasing activities, including sourcing materials, equipment, spare parts, and other required items.

Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions with local and overseas suppliers.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure all purchasing documents are accurate.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs agents for import and export shipments.

Handle import and export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), and other relevant shipping documents.

Monitor shipment status, customs clearance, freight charges, and delivery arrangements.

Ensure import and export activities comply with applicable customs regulations and company procedures.

Liaise with the warehouse, Accounts, and other departments regarding stock availability, delivery schedules, and payment matters.

Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and supplier information.

Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
