PV Civil Designer

Your responsibilities

• create detailed designs for roads, drainage systems, and earthworks to meet project specifications
• analyze geotechnical, hydrological, and topographical data to guide design decisions
• perform structural analysis for both tracker and fixed tilted systems
• choose suitable structures and materials for project development
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless project integration
• utilize specialized software like Civil 3D, AutoCAD, structural design tools, and PVCase (preferred) to deliver precise designs and drawings
• clearly communicate design concepts and project progress in English, both verbally and in writing

Our requirements

• holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
• has at least 3 years of experience as a civil engineer in the solar PV sector
• demonstrate expertise in the design of roads, drainage, earth movement, and structure selection for large-scale solar projects
• is proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, structural design software, and Microsoft Office
• knowledge of PVCase is a plus
• has a strong understanding of geotechnical, hydrological, and topographical analysis
• communicates effectively in English
• has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• eligibility to work in the European Union
