About the Company

We are seeking a PV & Energy Storage Solutions Engineer to support GoodWe's technical operations and business development activities in the market.

This role combines technical solution development, customer-facing engineering support, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, distributors, installers, and technical stakeholders to deliver effective solar PV and energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical documentation, solution proposals, and presentations for solar PV inverters and energy storage products.

• Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations to customers, distributors, installers, and project partners.

• Analyze commercial and industrial (C&I) energy projects to identify suitable PV inverter and energy storage solutions.

• Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities, technical discussions, and customer negotiations.

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions, both online and in person.

• Work closely with internal service, product management, and R&D teams to address technical inquiries and customer requirements.

• Support troubleshooting, technical issue resolution, and continuous improvement of service processes.

• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and technical partners to support customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical field.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical engineering, technical solutions, R&D, or related roles.

• Experience with solar PV inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), or related power and energy technologies is preferred.

• Candidates with relevant experience in the broader electrical power or energy equipment industry are also encouraged to apply.

• Experience communicating with customers, providing technical consultation, or supporting pre-sales activities.

• Ability to prepare technical documentation, deliver presentations, and explain engineering concepts to technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

• Available for frequent business travel as required by the role.

• Comfortable collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
