Who we are looking for:

Unistrut is looking for an experienced fabricator to support our continued growth within the Marco product range.

What you’ll do:

• Set and operate or fabrication equipment, saws extraction equipment and plastic welders.
• Fabricate, assemble, pack, and identify supporting parts for our Marco product range.
• Take responsibility for inspection of incoming and outgoing parts and materials.
• Keep production and quality related records up to date.
• Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area.
• Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• S -Zero Harm to yourself or your colleagues.
• Q – Zero defective raw materials accepted into the premises.
• D- All offloading of raw materials achieved in a timely manner.
• C- Zero downtime for machines allocated to material waiting times.

Hours of work will be 39 hours per week working 2-week rota shift pattern -

Shift 1 – Monday -Thursday 6am -2pm and Friday 6am-1pm

Shift 2 – Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm and Friday 1pm-8pm

Hourly pay rate - £12.90 plus 22% shift allowance.
