PVT Engineer (Market Quality)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing the causes of market quality issues, risk assessment, and formulating improvement plans and market vehicle disposal plans.
• Lead the rapid resolution of CHANGAN Automobile's high-quality automobile brand.
• Monitor quality indicator data and sensitive customer complaints, quickly escalating and making targeted improvements for abnormal issues to reduce quality losses.
• Assist in setting annual market quality management goals and implementation plans.
• Assist in formulating annual reliability quality improvement work ideas, and key points of quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above related majors such as Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Engineering , Automotive Electronics, Material forming and Control Engineering, Mechanical Design and Automation, etc.

• Familiar with analysis tools and continuous improvement of process quality issues.

• Can preliminarily apply the thinking and common methods for analyzing problems, capable of independently analyzing technical analysis reports of the responsible subsystems and components.

• Knowledgeable with the technical requirements and design standards of the responsible subsystems and components.

• Familiar with the structural design, raw material requirements, and performance requirements of automotive products.

• Proficient in the application of quality improvement tools such as Six Sigma, 8D, QCM, etc.

• Strong language expression and team collaboration skill, strong sense of responsibility, and good at solving problems using new working methods.
