Location & Work Model

• Customer: IDFC FIRST Bank
• Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Mumbai
• Work Model: Work From Office
• Working Days: Monday–Friday + Alternate Saturdays (as per Bank working calendar)
• Wednesday: Work From Home
• General Shift: Approximately 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Evaluation Process

• L1 Technical Evaluation: Virtual (Microsoft Teams)
• L2 Customer Evaluation: Face-to-Face (Mandatory) at IDFC FIRST Bank, Thane
• Final selection will be based on customer evaluation outcome.

Candidate Preference

• Immediate Joiners preferred.
• Candidates available within 15 days preferred.
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
