What they need
Mandatory Key Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Python
Strong hands-on experience in PySpark / Apache Spark
Good knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
Strong programming, problem-solving and debugging skills
Good understanding of OOPS and design principles
Experience in developing and optimizing data processing / data pipelines using
PySpark
Good understanding of distributed data processing concepts
Experience working with large-scale data and performance optimization
Good to Have:
Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, HDFS, HBase, Kafka,
Flink, etc.
Experience with cloud platforms AWS / Azure / GCP
Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps and production support
Experience working with enterprise-scale applications or data platforms
Exposure to financial services / regulated environments would be an advantage
