Python + AI-GenAI Application Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-powered applications using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, promoting best practices, and implementing coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to artificial intelligence algorithms, data processing pipelines, and database integration.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in software development with expertise in AI/ML/DL technologies (Python).
• Strong understanding of OOPs concepts and ability to write clean, modularized code using Django framework.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets; knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus.
