We are looking for a Python & Data Engineering Trainer to join a Czech Team of an international Data & AI consulting environment focused on modern cloud data platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and previous teaching experience who wants to make technical training, presenting, and knowledge sharing their full-time career .

You don't need to be a Databricks expert from day one – you'll have dedicated time to learn, get

certified, and develop your expertise.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging technical trainings across Data Engineering, BI, Machine Learning, and GenAI, primarily virtually and in English.
• Lead interactive training sessions for data professionals across Europe, ranging from short workshops to multi-day courses.
• Explain complex technical concepts and guide participants through practical coding exercises.
• Help learners build, modify, and troubleshoot Python and SQL code in real time.
• Prepare training materials, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
• Collaborate with experienced Data & AI engineers, fellow instructors, and technology partners.
• Continuously improve training content, processes, and the overall learning experience.
• Contribute to expanding the capacity and quality of international technical training programs.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in technical teaching, training, or delivering workshops – essential.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL and a solid understanding of Data Engineering concepts and technologies.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engage learners in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Genuine passion for teaching, presenting, and sharing technical knowledge.
• Fluent English – essential.
• Ability to explain, demonstrate, and troubleshoot code confidently during live training sessions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different technical audiences.
• A patient, structured, proactive, and supportive approach to teaching.
• Strong organisational skills and willingness to take ownership of training operations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time, primarily within Europe.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, or cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Machine Learning or AI projects.
• Academic or research background, including a PhD.
• Additional language skills in Dutch, Italian, Spanish, French, or German .
