Python Automation Developer

We are looking for a Python Automation Developer to join IDstar and support internal business process automation through scripting, system integration, and data processing. This opportunity is suitable for early career developers or fresh graduates with strong programming fundamentals, hands-on Python project experience, and an interest in building modular, reliable automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python scripts for system integration, data processing, and automated notifications.
• Build modular, reusable scripts that can run reliably on a centralized orchestration platform.
• Migrate existing automation scripts from UiPath and Power Automate to a new orchestration platform.
• Write, debug, test, and maintain code using IDEs such as VS Code or PyCharm.
• Integrate systems and services using REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
• Maintain code versions and collaborate using Git.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of programming experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Hands-on Python experience through work, internships, freelance, academic, or personal projects.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, including functions, OOP, and modular code structure.
• Able to read, write, and debug own code as well as code written by others.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and Git.
• At least one project developed to a working state with a modular code structure.
• GitHub or portfolio link is preferred, if available.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, Node.js, or other scripting languages.
• Basic familiarity with UiPath or Power Automate.
• Understanding of existing RPA workflows; RPA experience is a plus, but strong programming skills are the main priority.
