Job Summary : -

• 4 to 6 years of python-based automation testing experience

• Strong Experience in Data Validation using Python, API Automation lib requests

• Good knowledge in object-oriented programming approach

• Basic knowledge in Jenkins CI/CD tool or GitHub Actions

• Good Knowledge in SQL and ability to frame advanced SQL queries

• Exposure in Data Science lib Pandas including data analysis and validation

• ETL knowledge is an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test plans to ensure that systems and software operate effectively and meet our quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with the R&D team to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and identify potential risks.

• Utilize Leap work to automate tests, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the testing process.

• Manage the defect lifecycle within Jira, from identification through to resolution, ensuring clear communication and documentation.

• Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the QA process, adopting the latest tools and technologies.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.

• Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables, maintaining a high level of performance under pressure.

• Participate in design and review sessions, offering insights from a quality assurance perspective.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in quality engineering.
