Python Backend Developer (Kafka) - Job Description

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Design and build REST APIs and microservices.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing.
• Integrate backend services with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, producers, consumers, and message streaming.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
