Responsibilities:

• • Develop high-performance backend services using modern Python frameworks.
  • Design and implement scalable microservice architectures on cloud platforms.
  • Integrate generative AI capabilities into enterprise automation solutions.
  • Optimize application performance through effective Redis caching strategies.
  • Write clean, maintainable code following Object-Oriented Programming principles.
  • Contribute to system design discussions for distributed environments.
  • Take full ownership of feature development from concept to deployment.

Top Non-Negotiable Skills:

• • Strong proficiency in Python for developing robust backend applications.
  • Experience building and deploying scalable MicroServices architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS for deployment.
  • Understanding of GenAI concepts for integrating AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in Redis & Caching for optimizing application performance.
  • Solid grasp of OOPs & Pydantic for clean, maintainable code.
  • Demonstrated Ownership in driving projects to successful completion.

Negotiable Skills:

• • Familiarity with Docker & Containerization for deployment is a plus.
  • Experience with Message Queues / Pub-Sub systems is beneficial.
  • Exposure to LLM Evaluation & Optimization techniques is advantageous.
