JOB SUMMARY

Wissen Technology is hiring an experienced Technical Lead to drive development, maintenance, and modernization of the Pantheon Metadata platform. The role focuses on metadata onboarding, governance, platform stability, scalable solution development, and leading distributed teams while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE, LOCATION, MODE OF WORK

Experience: 5-8 years

Location: Mumbai

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• SQL and Database Design (5+ years in enterprise data platforms)

• Python development for automation and platform services (5+ years)

• Linux administration and Shell Scripting in production environments

• Metadata-driven systems and data management platform experience

• Technical leadership of offshore or distributed development teams

• System analysis, troubleshooting, and production support expertise

• Metadata onboarding, integration, and governance processes

• Stakeholder management and delivery ownership across multiple teams

Optional Skills (Good to Have)

• Metadata governance frameworks and lifecycle management

• Data catalog and metadata management tools

• Automation and workflow orchestration capabilities

• Enterprise application integration experience

• Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

• Leadership: Proven technical leadership experience managing distributed development teams

• Ownership: Ability to drive end-to-end platform enhancements and onboarding initiatives independently

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with business and technical stakeholders

• Project Quality: Experience establishing development standards, reviews, and delivery best practices

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead developers supporting the Pantheon Metadata platform and related services

• Own end-to-end delivery of metadata onboarding and enhancement initiatives

• Design scalable metadata management solutions and automation capabilities

• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and application teams for enterprise integration

• Participate in solution design reviews and establish development best practices

• Prioritize enhancements with business stakeholders and manage delivery commitments

• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and platform stability improvements

• Drive modernization initiatives related to metadata lifecycle management
