Python Developer AI/ML Remote (Based at an approved local secure facility). We work US time zones and ask that you're available during those hours, even if that means adjusting your schedule.

About The Role This role exists to develop and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world problems. You will work with neural networks and advanced data processing techniques to build intelligent systems. Your work is highly autonomous—you make decisions about model architecture and data strategies. The team is internationally distributed and works primarily asynchronously through documentation and recorded updates. You own the end-to-end process of model development, from data preparation to production deployment.

What You'll Do Build machine learning models using Python, NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn for supervised and unsupervised learning tasks.

Design and train deep learning models with TensorFlow or PyTorch for complex pattern recognition and prediction.

Prepare and transform data using NumPy and Pandas to ensure data quality and proper feature engineering.

Develop and test models in Jupyter notebooks and manage code using Git for version control and collaboration.

What We're Looking For Proficiency in Python programming for machine learning development.

Understanding of machine learning algorithms and supervised and unsupervised learning approaches.

Experience with data processing and manipulation using NumPy and Pandas.

Hands-on experience building neural networks using TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Familiarity with Scikit-learn and machine learning pipeline development.

Between 1–5 years of professional machine learning experience, or 5+ years at mid-senior level.
