Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our team in Pune. In addition to developing high-quality Python applications, you will act as a mentor to junior developers and interns, guiding them to achieve their professional growth. This dual role involves both hands-on technical contributions and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Development Tasks

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs and libraries into projects when needed.

Mentorship Leadership

• Guide and mentor junior developers and interns in coding standards, best practices, and project execution.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, or training for the team.
• Act as a point of contact for technical queries and provide hands-on support as needed.

Required Skills

• Strong experience (3+ years) in Python programming.
• Proficiency in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a bonus.

Educational Qualifications
