What they need
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django.
- Strong REST API and microservices development experience.
- Good expertise in SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Git, unit testing, and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, exception handling, and backend architecture.
Good to Have:
- Docker/Kubernetes
- Redis/Kafka/RabbitMQ
- Terraform or CloudFormation
- AWS serverless architecture
- Exposure to GenAI/AI/ML technologies
