We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer with strong expertise in Python and Node.js to drive end-to-end development of scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend systems, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices, with experience leading complex data and web solutions.

• Develop and maintain backend services using Core Python with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Build RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask.
• Contribute to robust backend development practices, including unit testing, following branching strategies, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate relational databases with Python services; proficient in SQL programming, and familiar with ORM tools (like SQLAlchemy) and database migrations using Alembic.
• Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying and managing backend applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected backend system designs.
• Mentor junior developers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and support to ensure best practices within the team.
