Python Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer (B3) with 6 to 9 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming , API development , database management , and cloud-native application development . The resource will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while ensuring performance , security , and reliability .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and services.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Build and maintain reusable, scalable, and efficient code.
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Develop automation solutions for business processes, infrastructure, and testing.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and support documents.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams for CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and compliance requirements are met.

Required Skills
Programming & Frameworks

• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Multithreading and asynchronous programming

Database Technologies

• SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
• NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Database design, optimization, and query tuning

API Development

• REST API design and development
• JSON, XML, Swagger/OpenAPI
• Authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT)

Cloud & DevOps

• Azure, AWS, or GCP exposure
• Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals
