What they need

5+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, backend application development, and REST API development. Strong experience with Oracle/SQL databases, SQL optimization, Shell/Bash scripting, and Linux/Unix automation. Hands-on experience with SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, SSH, AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, and secure file-transfer integrations. Experience with MFT platforms such as Axway SecureTransport, CFT, Flow Manager, or Progress MOVEit; exposure to AI/ML, GitHub Copilot, and AI APIs is an advantage. Strong skills in troubleshooting, production support, code reviews, security, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration; healthcare/regulated-domain experience is preferred.
