Python Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our team and contribute to building and customizing ERP solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of overall development experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on ERPNext implementation and customization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for ERPNext customizations.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of ERPNext applications.
• Integrate ERPNext with third-party tools and services as needed.
• Provide technical support and documentation for ERPNext implementations.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with ERPNext (customization, module development, implementation).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of Python (ERPNext backend scripting).
• Familiarity with ERP workflows, reporting, and role-based access.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Frappe framework.
• Knowledge of database management (MariaDB/MySQL).
• Exposure to API integrations.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
