Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Python Developer. The Python Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain server-side applications and APIs using Python and relevant frameworks. Responsibilities include building scalable backend services, integrating databases, optimizing application performance, and ensuring code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, participating in technical discussions, and contributing to architectural decisions. The developer will also troubleshoot issues, implement security best practices, and continuously improve existing systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong programming fundamentals with proficiency in Python and general Programming concepts
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
• Experience working with Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including schema design and query optimization
• Background in Software Development practices, including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus
