Python Developer

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Python Developer with knowledge of ERP systems to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Python programming, database management, and software development concepts. Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred, and hands-on experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Python.
• Work on ERP systems, including ERPNext, to support business processes and requirements.
• Develop and maintain backend logic, APIs, and database integrations.
• Assist in ERPNext customization, module development, and workflow configuration.
• Work with databases such as MariaDB/MySQL and write efficient queries.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Support ERP implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure code quality, application performance, and system reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with web development concepts, REST APIs, and backend development.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ERPNext and the Frappe Framework will be an added advantage.
• Experience with ERP customization, module development, and workflow configuration.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL, Git, Linux, and web technologies.
• Understanding of ERP modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR, or Manufacturing.

Experience Requirements

• Freshers: Candidates with a basic understanding of Python and a strong willingness to learn ERP development are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced Candidates: Candidates with relevant Python development experience, especially in ERP systems or ERPNext/Frappe development, are preferred.

Pay: ₹313,000.00 - ₹1,480,000.00 per year
