Python Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI / Python Developer with strong experience in Python programming, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying AI-powered applications and scalable backend services.

The candidate should have hands-on experience building Python applications, integrating AI/ML models and LLMs, developing APIs, and working with modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.
• Build AI-powered applications using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
• Develop and integrate LLM-based solutions, chatbots, intelligent assistants, and AI automation workflows.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and vector database integrations.
• Develop RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Work with AI/ML libraries and frameworks to build, evaluate, and optimise models.
• Integrate third-party APIs, AI services, and enterprise systems.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for processing, analysis, and AI applications.
• Write clean, reusable, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, architects, and product teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Perform debugging, testing, performance optimisation, and production issue resolution.
• Deploy and maintain applications using cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Follow software development best practices, version control standards, and secure coding guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Python development, with relevant hands-on experience in AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Understanding of Machine Learning concepts, model training, inference, and evaluation.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, unit testing, debugging, and code quality practices.
• Understanding of application deployment and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM application frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
• Exposure to AI agents, workflow automation, and multi-step AI applications.
• Understanding of AI security, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.

Pay: ₹313,000.00 - ₹2,480,000.00 per year
