What they need

12+ years of professional software engineering experience with expert-level mastery of Python , object-oriented programming, and concurrent code patterns like asyncio.
Deep experience building scalable microservices and production-grade enterprise backends using FastAPI , Django , or Flask .
Proven track record architecting distributed systems using event-driven tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ alongside robust RESTful and gRPC APIs.
Expertise in advanced database management including query optimization for relational ( PostgreSQL , MySQL ) and NoSQL ( Redis , MongoDB ) systems.
Extensive cloud infrastructure experience designing and deploying robust architectures natively on AWS , GCP , or Azure .
Strong DevOps mindset with production deployment experience utilizing Docker , Kubernetes , and automated CI/CD workflows.
Deep understanding of system observability through the implementation of structured logging and tracking using Datadog , Prometheus , or Grafana .
Demonstrated technical leadership by defining system roadmaps, enforcing high code quality (pytest), and mentoring senior engineering talent.
