Mid/Senior Full Stack Developer (Python / Frontend)

A global financial services and insurance organization is looking for a Mid/Senior Full Stack Developer to develop high-performing, scalable backend systems and architectural solutions within their technology hub.

Role Overview:

• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
• Location: Bucharest, Romania
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, test, and deploy scalable, business-critical features using Python.
• Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate across cross-functional Agile teams to tackle complex technical challenges and business workflows.
• Apply DevSecOps standards, performance profiling, and continuous automated testing to maintain high software quality.
• Write clear technical documentation and maintain architecture specifications.

Requirements:

• Core Technical Experience: Mid-to-senior experience building complex backend applications in Python using modern frameworks (Flask, Django, or FastAPI), API design, and databases (SQL/PostgreSQL, NoSQL/MongoDB).
• Frontend Experience: Experience in frontend web development; Angular proficiency is highly desired.
• Cloud & DevOps: Practical background with Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps practices.
• Education & Languages: Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience; professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of MLOps platforms and AI/Data Processing algorithms (ML, DL, NLP).
• Knowledge of French.
