Python developer Gen AI/ Agentic Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with expertise in AI engineering, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions, LLM-based applications, and autonomous AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
• Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, multi-agent systems, and automated workflows.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
• Integrate LLMs through APIs, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.
• Develop REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Optimize AI model performance, response quality, latency, and cost.
• Work with databases, cloud platforms, and deployment tools to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, object-oriented programming, data structures, and API development.
• Practical experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience developing AI agents, agentic workflows, or autonomous AI systems.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, and software development best practices.
• Understanding of AI application deployment, debugging, and performance optimization.

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration, AI tool calling, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of evaluation, monitoring, and security practices for LLM applications.

Pay: ₹313,000.00 - ₹1,480,000.00 per year
