Role & responsibilities

Expert-level Python with 6+ years of experience and with a proven track record in large-scale ETL/pipeline development.

Experience in data engineering (including data mapping), ideally with financial markets or time-series data, is a significant plus.
AWS, Kubernetes, and Airflow skills - significant plus.
Deep understanding of distributed systems and performance optimization.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Prior team leadership experience strongly preferred.
Experience with team processes, workload planning, and team management.
Experience in collaboration with other teams and streamlining cross-team processes.
