About the role
We are looking for a Python Developer to join our IT Systems Monitoring Team. Our team is responsible for implementing full-stack monitoring across all business systems. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for developing self-healing scripts for monitoring alerts. You will analyze current alerting mechanisms, design automated remediation solutions, and integrate with business and ITSM systems to ensure operational resilience.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based self-healing scripts to automatically resolve recurring monitoring alerts and reduce manual intervention
- Integrate with business systems and ITSM platforms to programmatically retrieve data, extract alert details, and execute remediation workflows
- Implement logic to evaluate remediation validation
