Join a team building a next-generation AI & Data Platform that empowers developers, data scientists, and business users to create and scale AI-driven solutions. You will contribute to the development of core platform services, data processing capabilities, and AI-enabling components that support innovation across the bank.

What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance platform services and applications using Python .
• Build scalable data processing solutions leveraging PySpark and modern data technologies.
• Design and maintain workflows using Apache Airflow .
• Deploy and support applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and platform reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
• Drive code quality, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.

What You'll Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Python .
• Good knowledge of PySpark / Apache Spark , Apache Airflow , and Kubernetes .
• Understanding of modern AI concepts such as LLMs, Embeddings, RAG, AI Agents, and MCP .
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Java knowledge.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, data lakes, or large-scale distributed systems.
