Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Python DSA Trainer to deliver technical training in Python programming and Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to college students. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience who have strong programming fundamentals and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

The role involves conducting practical training sessions, improving students’ problem-solving skills, and preparing them for technical interviews and placement opportunities. The candidate must be willing to travel to colleges as required, with Vijayawada as the base location.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Python programming and Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Teach Python fundamentals, data types, control structures, functions, modules, exception handling, and object-oriented programming.
• Explain data structures such as arrays, lists, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, hash tables, and heaps.
• Teach algorithms, including searching, sorting, recursion, backtracking, greedy algorithms, and dynamic programming.
• Explain time complexity and space complexity to help students write efficient code.
• Conduct coding exercises, assignments, practice sessions, mock tests, and assessments.
• Prepare training materials, coding examples, practice problems, and session plans.
• Help students improve logical thinking, problem-solving, technical interview skills, and placement readiness.
• Travel to assigned colleges across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana according to the training schedule.
• Coordinate with internal training and operations teams regarding schedules, student progress, and training outcomes.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, and student feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent qualifications with relevant expertise may also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming and core programming concepts.
• Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Ability to solve coding problems and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in teaching, mentoring, and working with college students.
• Willingness to travel to colleges as required for training assignments.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply.
