About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications and APIs.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both backend and frontend, with strong experience in Python-based frameworks, modern JavaScript frameworks, databases, REST APIs, and cloud/deployment environments.

You will work closely with project managers, designers, developers, and clients to understand requirements, develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Python and modern frontend technologies.
• Build robust, scalable, and secure backend applications using Django / Flask / FastAPI.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js / Next.js or similar technologies.
• Design and work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve application issues across frontend and backend.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Write unit and integration tests and ensure application quality.
• Work with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.
• Collaborate with the team on architecture, technical decisions, and implementation.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud environments such as AWS / Azure.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
