Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer Trainer to deliver practical, project-oriented training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python backend development, frontend technologies, databases, APIs, and full-stack application development.

The trainer should be able to teach concepts through real-world projects and guide learners in building complete, production-style web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Python Full Stack Development training for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
• Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, coding exercises, and project assignments.
• Provide hands-on training using real-world application development scenarios.
• Cover key topics including:

• Guide learners in developing complete full-stack web applications.
• Provide practical coding exercises and real-time projects.
• Teach best practices for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Review learner code and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Guide learners through project architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare learners for technical interviews and coding assessments.
• Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and project evaluations.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Python Full Stack Development.
• Prior experience as a Python Developer, Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, Trainer, or Technical Instructor.
• Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development.
• Experience with React.js, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating frontend/backend applications.
• Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex programming concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Real-time full-stack project experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Django REST Framework or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of React.js or Angular.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as PyTest or unittest.
• Experience with authentication technologies such as JWT and OAuth.
• Knowledge of microservices and application architecture is a plus.
• Experience training students, working professionals, or corporate teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹381,757.12 - ₹1,638,592.78 per year
