Role Summary:
The ideal candidate must have strong Python, Python Frameworks like Django, Flask, Fast API, React or Angular experience with cloud platform experience

• Technical leadership

• Review designs and guide developers on implementation choices.

• Develop and review production-quality Python code.

• Establish best practices for Python, APIs, testing, error handling, and code organization.

• Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues.

• Architecture & design

• Design scalable backend systems and services.

• Define APIs, service boundaries, database interactions, and integration patterns.

• Evaluate monolith vs. microservices and other architectural trade-offs.

• Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews.
